New Waverly High School

The mission of New Waverly High School, in collaboration with families and community, is to facilitate experiences that prepare all students to become productive citizens. New Waverly High School is the sole high school in New Waverly ISD, serving 330 students in grades 9 - 12 with a student/teacher ratio of 10.3:1.

The school offers Advanced Placement® courses and has a Gifted & Talented program. For the 2022-2023 school year, the average SAT score was 1094 and the average ACT score was 22.1. A 94.4% graduation rate was reported for the Class of 2023.

A variety of clubs and organizations are available, including athletics (like football and volleyball), band, Beta Club, FFA, Student Council, and UIL Academics.

The school's athletic teams, the Bulldogs, compete in the 12-3A2 district.
